Whenever I Feel Like I Should Go On A Diet
I look at this picture and order a pizza. After placing the order I catch a glimpse of myself in the mirror, think back to the picture above, and wonder if maybe I could stand to gain a few pounds. I then call the pizza place back and tell the friendly girl on the line that I would like to add chicken kickers and cheesy bread to my order, after-all.--Alex Sandell

When it comes to milk I don't drink any with growth hormones or antibiotics. It costs a lot more (5.99 a gallon), but is worth it. This article backs that up. The dairy industry says one thing, the article you linked to says another. Both are taken to extremes. I'd guess the truth lies somewhere in the middle.
