I look at this picture and order a pizza. After placing the order I catch a glimpse of myself in the mirror, think back to the picture above, and wonder if maybe I could stand to gain a few pounds. ReplyDeleteWhen it comes to milk I don't drink any with growth hormones or antibiotics. It costs a lot more (5.99 a gallon), but is worth it. This article backs that up. The dairy industry says one thing, the article you linked to says another. Both are taken to extremes. I'd guess the truth lies somewhere in the middle.
